LIVE, VIRTUAL and HYBRID EVENT PRODUCTION
From creating an innovative and functional stage design to pulling together an expert team to run audio, video and lighting Ultraviolet Events specializes in delivering impactful live experiences.
We utilize state-of-the-art technology including HD laser projection, digital mixers, and audio support ranging from powered speakers concert line array systems. Lighting can include LED, conventional and moving lighting fixtures. And we can cover all of your breakouts with traditional AV. No matter how big or small, we have you covered.
PRE-PRODUCTION: Venue research, event design, equipment recommendations, detailed line item proposals, technical drawings, floor plans, show flows and event production.
SHOW DESIGN & PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
AV equipment and staging is just a part of what we do. Designing General Sessions and live events involves a unique combination of creative and technical skills. While many events share common elements, no two are exactly alike. All of them are special. Bringing an experienced team is critical to the success of any production. It's not just what we do, it's how we do it. We hire top-notch talent, show up prepared and don't leave anything to chance. And we've got your back. You can typically find us in backstage quietly solving problems before you know they exist. Usually dressed all in black.
ONSITE: Rehearsals, Production Schedules, presenter coaching, technical show flows, stage management and show execution.
EVENT MEDIA PRODUCTION
A great video is a communication tool of unparalleled impact. Technology has made the production of extremely high-quality videos, graphics, and animations available to a much larger range of budgets. Video content is likely to engage your audience and ignite emotions. It can be used to strengthen your brand and build trust. And video lives on after the event has wrapped up.
Ultraviolet can provide event content from script to screen: On site videographers, editors, PowerPoint creation, animators, motion graphics artists and talent.
